Introduction
Hello! This is my commission site for BG3 mods. Thank you for visiting!
I only accept commissions for projects that I can both technically create and enjoy working on.

Commission Process Overview:

  1. Please read this site carefully. If you agree with the information, fill out the commission form in the menu with your request details and submit it.

  2. After submitting the form, please send me the name you entered using the contact information at the bottom of this page. I will provide a rough estimate within 3 days.

  3. If there is an open slot: If you are satisfied with the estimate, I will send you an invoice, and please make the payment.
    If there is no open slot: If you are satisfied with the estimate, you will be added to the waitlist. When your turn comes, I will contact you and send the invoice, so please make the payment at that time.

  4. Once your payment is confirmed, I will begin the work. I will share progress updates with images or videos, so please let me know if any adjustments are needed.

  5. After delivery, please do a final check of the MOD. If everything is okay, the commission is complete!


Commissions I Accept

▸ Cosmetic mods (heads, hair, piercings, etc.)
If your commission involves using assets created by other modders, you must obtain permission from the original author.Commissions I Decline

▸ Projects I find unpleasant or inappropriate
▸ Mods intended for mod.io (in-game mod manager or console platforms)
I reserve the right to decline any commission.Payment Method
▸ Payment will be requested via a PayPal invoice, and full payment in advance is kindly requested.
▸ Payment is accepted in Japanese yen. If you are making a payment from outside Japan, please check the exchange rate beforehand.Pricing
Prices vary depending on the details of your commission and the production time.
Here are some examples:
Head
▸ Custom Head Base Price: 15,000 JPY (Includes: custom mesh, textures, skeleton, and CC icon)
▸ [Optional] Race/Body Conversion: 500–3,000 JPY each (depending on race/body complexity)
▸ [Optional] Complex Textures: from 1,000 JPY (scars, details, etc.)
Hair (auto-snap)
▸ Minor hair edits: from 2,000 JPY
▸ Partial custom hair or moderate hair edits: from 10,000 JPY
▸ Full custom hair: from 20,000 JPYCommission Privacy
▸ Commissioned mods may be made publicly available unless we agree in advance that it will remain private.
▸ If you'd like your commission to stay private, I offer that option at double the usual rate.
▸ However, I do not accept private commissions for any hair-related requests, or for converting my mod’s heads or equipment for other races or body types.
▸ Even for private commissions, I may still showcase them as part of my portfolio or as examples of my work.Production Time
▸ Production time varies depending on the content of the commission.
▸ Most commissions are completed within two weeks after work begins, but please note that depending on the project and other ongoing commissions, it may take over a month in some cases.

Terms of Service


Regarding Fees
▸ The fee you pay is not for the mod itself, but for my time and skills used to create it.Commission Privacy
▸ Commissioned mods may be made publicly available unless otherwise agreed.
▸ Private commissions to keep mods unpublished are available for an additional fee upon request.Redistribution
▸ Commissioned mods are intended primarily for your personal use.
▸ If you wish to include the commissioned mod in your mods, you must consult with me when placing your commission. Proper credit will be required upon release.
▸ If a privately commissioned mod is found to be shared or redistributed, the privacy agreement will be voided without a refund.Cancellation & Refunds
▸ Refunds are available before work has begun, but any transaction fees will be your responsibility.
▸ If you cancel after work has begun, the refund amount will be determined at my discretion based on the progress and time spent. Transaction fees will still be your responsibility.
▸ If I become unable to complete the work for reasons on my end, a full refund will be provided.
▸ I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client engages in rude or inappropriate behavior.Revisions
▸ Please provide a clear vision of the desired result before work begins, and try to make any revision requests as clear and specific as possible.
▸ Up to three revisions are included free of charge. Starting from the fourth revision, an additional fee will apply based on the time required. Minor adjustments may still be accepted at my discretion at no extra cost.
▸ If your revision requests significantly deviate from the original commission, I may need to discuss additional charges with you.
▸ If contradictory or unclear instructions are repeatedly given, or if we are unable to reach an agreement and I determine that the project can no longer proceed smoothly, I may cancel the commission.Installation
▸ The mod will be made with installation via BG3 Mod Manager or Vortex in mind.
▸ I do not provide support for installation methods other than these.Post-Completion Support
▸ After the commission is complete, I only accept requests for bug fixes or updates required for game compatibility.
▸ Any other changes will require an additional fee.Prohibited Uses
▸ Commercial use and claiming credit are strictly prohibited, regardless of any modifications made.
▸ Using the mod to harass or cause discomfort to others is strictly forbidden.

Myky (hereinafter referred to as "I") have established the following privacy policy regarding personal information collected in relation to commissions, and I strive to handle and protect such information appropriately.
